Probably don't buy a used car from this dealership! I bought a car from them 3 weeks ago and it broke down less than 48 hours after leaving the dealership and its been in the repair shop ever since. Keep in mind this car is a 2022 model with less than 15K miles on it so its not like it was a heavily used car. I have asked to speak with someone from their management team no less than 5 times and have heard nothing back. I've waited 3 weeks to post this review because I hoped they would've reached out to me by now but nope, nothing! The only response I have received was from the salesperson who initially sold me the car who basically said its not their problem that they sold me a car that only drove 60 miles before breaking down and having to be towed away. I would actually be fine if one of the managers contacted me and explained their policies and said unfortunately they cannot assist me but they literally cant even do that! Just keep in mind once they have made the sale to you they do not care and cant even be bothered to pick up the phone and have a 5 minute conversation with you! I never leave reviews for businesses and this is my first ever 1 star review but after you put down several thousand dollars on a down payment and you're about to start making payments on a car you've only driven for a few hours total, you think maybe these people could have the decency to give you a call but nah, they clearly do not care. Way to go BMW of Bellevue! Seriously amazing customer service! More

I want to start with pros 1. Service took 9 hrs which is exactly wats was told. 2. They provide shuttle service within 10 miles. Cons 1. It was not done. 2. I found few things were opened during service from the truck, which they supposed to close , they did not. i found that when I reached home. 3. I expect a brand like bmw to provide me a personal insepection by an expert once the things are done. Like the things i found later on, should have be inspected by the dealer ahead of customer delivery of the vehicle after the service. More
