Creative solutions to the problem (I ultimately bought a 2016 and could NOT be happier). While the location was far (45 minutes away) it was MORE than worth the trips down to see them. Bridgewater BMW is hassel free, first class, and not stuffy. Justin did great work in securing my car in less than 3 weeks (from order to build in SC, to deliver to pick up). I was blown away. When I picked up the car, the financing team (Ozzy and his wizard math skills), and the support from Martin (who tought me the cars gagets in an and out) were the icing on the cake! I brought my car in for a scheduled service; and was in/out very quickly in a brand new clean loaner vehicle. My car was serviced quickly, and Bridgewater BMW kept me informed throughout the job. When I brought the loaner car back, I was greeted and helped with my bags. I then sat down with my service advisor who explained in detail what was done to the car. She was very helpful and took the time to help me understand exactly how the car was cared for. I was again in/out very quickly in my recently serviced AND recently washed car. Yes, they wash your car so it's shiny and clean when you pick it up. A great finishing touch! Wonderful Experience, A+ More
