I knew exactly what I wanted and had visited two other BMW dealers closer to where I live, but neither left me with a particularly good feeling. After initial contact with BMW of Bridgewater online, I visited the dealership and immediately felt that my sales person, Rob Hoffman, and the rest of the team there were more my style: straight shooters, no nonsense, friendly, courteous and respectful of my time...definitely not overly pushy or 'salesy'. They had a large inventory to choose from and came in slightly better than the best lease quote I had received thus far -- in line with my expectations. Perhaps I could have haggled a bit more on price, but in the end I thought I got a fair deal and I received excellent customer service from the time of sale to delivery. I don't have experience with service at this dealer yet, but based on my experience on the sales side, I expect I will be going back to BMW of Bridgewater even though it's a bit out of the way. More

My Experience When visiting the showroom at BMW, we were greeted with a warm welcome. We wanted to just look around to see what all the options were. When we had questions, Justin O'Connor was available to answer them. He is a very personable and to us, an honest young man. When we wanted to take a test drive, Justin was able to accommodate us and explained all of our options and what was available in the car of our choice. Deciding whether to purchase was easy. Actually purchasing the car was even easier. Everything went so smoothly with the assistance of Michael Shamy. Within a short time, we were owners of our first BMW. Being that we weren't going to transact a deal that day did not impact the service that we received. After test driving several 5 Series models, we decided to explore terminating our current lease early and Bridgewater BMW was able to offer us a compelling deal.
