so pleased Since I drive my cars for 8-10+ years, we did an inordinate amount of research starting with the International car show in NYC in the Spring, reading Since I drive my cars for 8-10+ years, we did an inordinate amount of research starting with the International car show in NYC in the Spring, reading up, comparing all reports and specs, multiple test drives of all makes and cars under consideration, and price negotiating. As we were dropping $50k on a new car, we considered this a fun job and obligation to ourselves. Some sales people and some dealerships do seem better than others. After spending significant time with us not less than on 5 visits plus 3 test drives over the course of 4 months, sales person Frank Fratzola deserves a medal for being entirely professional and most pleasant. He sold us a 2014 428i x-drive that is just fabulous. (Note: I cannot comment on the quality of their service department with no interactions with them yet.) More

Bill was professional through and through. Knew the car, knew the features and really provided a hassle free experience. No pressure, no hard sell. From test drive, through negotiation to closing the deal it was seamless. Bill was supported by Mike Shamy who assisted in the process by helping close the deal and working through a few hurdles.
