The BMW WELT experience was one of the best experiences of our life thanks to Mike Watson, our Sales Advisor who was just amazing through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right BMW model for our needs. We never felt pressured and he was so much fun to work with! It was incredibly helpful that Mike spoke German, knew the culture having lived in Germany, and therefore could recommend his favorite spots to go with our car based on the tine we had to spend in Germany. Mittenwalt, Tegern See and the beauty of the Austrian and German Alps were so scenic and every picture was like a postcard. This personalization just enhanced our experience and made it more special. We are so thankful that we did the Euro delivery and so thankful that we worked with Mike, in our eyes, the Euro delivery expert at Bridgewater BMW. Peter was great about using his contacts at Headquarters when we decided to go with Euro Delivery instead of domestic. Mike Yates was so kind and helpful with sharing his experiences and insight on specific features of the car. He always took the time to say hello and welcomed us into his dealership every time. He made us feel special and thereby confirmed once again to move forward with our decision to purchase our BMW from Bridgewater. Once I narrowed my car model option down to 2, I built my desired car online and sent it out for quotes from several dealerships. Most dealerships in the area did not seem to care about making the sale or providing me with an excellent car buying experience. This team/dealership/salesman were different. Originally I called the Bridgewater dealership interested in the European Delivery option, and I was then directed to the specialist Mike Watson. After exchanging ideas for me (being a recent graduate), Mike announced to me that there were new 2013 models that would be of affordable price for me and also provide a superbly unbeatable deal. From the first day that I went into test drive the model I desired, Mike was there to answer all questions and point out all the incredible technological features that separate BMW from the competition. Not only was he excellent at his job, but the effort he put in while he wasn't at work to fortify the customer-employee relationship proves his dedication to customer satisfaction. Both Mike and Ozzy Mamoor (financials) stayed past 9pm on the day of my scheduled delivery even though the dealership closes at 8pm. We did not feel rushed at any point in the process, all was at a comfortable pace and reassured my family and I that we were in good hands. Ozzy Mamoor is one of the most knowledgeable and well presented people to work with, he was thorough in each step of the financial process and on his own worked towards lowering my interest rate to further help me out as a college graduate. The College graduate program BMW has (something Audi does not) is a baseline to show that the company cares about people and not just making a profit, and this characteristic is reflected in the employees and atmosphere at Bridgewater BMW. I would/will recommend this dealership among any others I have encountered through my car buying experience to friends and family and wish inveterate success for the BMW brand, the Bridgewater dealership, and it's employees. We visited Bridgewater and several other dealers and went home to do our comparisons. A month later we returned to this dealer, and Bill was able to help us finalize the deal as if we never left on our first visit. Bill was also very thorough in introducing my wife to her new car and its features. This is by far the most satisfying car buying experience we have had over more than 20 years. More
