What a great experience!! My brother and I were in the market for a new car and decided to go in and test drive some BMW's at the last minute on Memorial Day Weekend. We pulled My brother and I were in the market for a new car and decided to go in and test drive some BMW's at the last minute on Memorial Day Weekend. We pulled in and were immediately greeted by Anthony Catena who asked us how we were doing and how he could help. He was so friendly and helpful and wasn't just there to sell us a car but also to give us the best experience possible. We test drove one car, liked it but then decided we wanted to go with something a little bit bigger after Anthony had already pulled everything and told us that we could get a great deal. When we asked him to go back and do the same for the other one, he did not hesitate at all even though we were being very indecisive. He took us out for a second time and did not rush us at all with our decision. When we came back, Mike Shamy informed us of the best possible deal he could give us which was just amazing! We ended up driving the car right out of the showroom that day because of the wonderful customer service and pride that both Anthony and Mike took in not only the cars but also us as clients. We then worked with Ozzy to complete all of the paperwork and he was so knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. All in all our experience was out of this world when it comes to walking in to a car dealership. I would recommend coming back here to anyone I know that is interested in a new car.
