Outstanding Service I would like to start off by saying that the experience that I had at this dealership was one that I have never experienced in my life. I spoke with Mike Watson on the phone and he was extremely accommodating from the first call and made me feel confident that I would walk out with a vehicle one way or another. Mike was straight forward with me and did not beat around the bush. I explained to Mike that I live over an hour away from his dealership, but i was willing to make the trip if he could accommodate my needs. Mike assured me that he and his colleagues would work their hardest and do whatever it takes to get me into my dream car. I've heard the same story from every dealership I've been to, but Mike and his colleagues made it happen. Mike Shamy who is the sales manager did an amazing deal with making the numbers work for my budget and make me feel extremely comfortable with my payment and did not force me into anything. Ozzy Mamoor the business manager was also great. He was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the leasing agreement and made things very easy to understand. Overall, I have to say that I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a new vehicle and I will definitely recommend this dealership over all the others to anyone interested in buying a BMW. This dealership will beat any deal out there and I know this because I have been to over 15 dealers and BMW OF BRIDGEWATER made it happen. Thanks to everyone at BMW OF BRIDGEWATER!!! More

Great experience I have been coming to the BMW of Bridgewater dealership for service since it's close to work. Carmine took great care of me in the service department I have been coming to the BMW of Bridgewater dealership for service since it's close to work. Carmine took great care of me in the service department. He went above and beyond to give me a loaner vehicle the same day as my emergency service. The loaner vehicle was quite an upgrade to my current vehicle, so once I returned the loaner I worked with David on getting a CPO vehicle. David worked with me to get to a good price point, and Ozzy did a great job with explaining all of the warranty options with me and answered all of my questions. David explained the car and all features to me, even features I had in my previous vehicle and never knew how to use. I left a few items in my previous vehicle and Tom was able to retrieve my items and gave it to me the same day. He also helped me to get some accessories for my newly acquired CPO vehicle and he even took the time to install them! Excellent service all around, including the receptionist and all of the service techs. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Best BMW dealer Rob Hoffman is very nice person, he always answered my questions in detail and never pushed me to buy. I got very good deal from him by phone call. My first BMW experience I knew the make and model of the car I wanted to purchase. I met Tom on the lot and he greeted me kindly and introduced me to Bill who was awesome. Bill took me out for a test drive and I was not ready to purchase on that day. I told him to keep me in mind if there was anything he would come across that would fit my budget more appropriately. He called me a few days later, told me there was a car that just came in and I would love it. I went in and saw my new car. I drove it and loved it. I went to meet with Tom and he helped make all the numbers work. Finally, Mike was extremely helpful when I was finalizing the purchase and offered a great deal of assistance even after I would leave. Overall excellent experience, and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More
