I currently own a 2011 BMW 335i xDrive coupe still under warranty and have serviced my car there several times. They are always kind, courteous and patient and if they don't have an answer to your quandry right away, they will generally find out and get right back to you. They have both been especially helpful recently with all of my recent BMW Safe-guard tire warranty claims due to the potholes caused by this bad winter. I will definitely buy my next BMW from this dealership because of their excellent service department. I highly recommend this dealer. Eric Simon More

Came in and Carmine did a very good job of laying out the necessary maintenance needed for my older BMW 3-series. Its got allot on the clock, but he made sure we covered all the critical items and did it fo necessary maintenance needed for my older BMW 3-series.
