Both the Sales and Service people are excellent to work with--they are very attentive. As with most BMW owners I really wish the costs were a bit lower and certainly I see that they are trying to do this with--they are very attentive. As with most BMW owners I really wish the costs were a bit lower and certainly I see that they are trying to do this by running specials on certain service items. Some things that greatly impress me about Bridgewater BMW's is that I have never had a problem just bringing my car in to have fluids "topped off" --no charge and done so quickly and no problem with getting a loaner while my car is serviced. I bought my car from them back in 2007...had a great buying experience with them and when the time comes to buy another car I would not hesitate to purchase again from Bridgewater BMW. More

This dealership is not a "mega" dealership like some of the other BMW dealers in NJ. They are smaller and it shows in the personalized experience one receives at Bridgewater BMW. Although I enjoy my car immensely and the engineering and design behind it, it is the dealership experience that kept me with the BMW brand. They "complete the package." More
