In 2008 I had purchased an M3 from Bridgewater BMW which at the time was located in Hunterdon and had a good experience. I had been searching for a few weeks for an X5 when a loaded up and low mile, Certif at the time was located in Hunterdon and had a good experience. I had been searching for a few weeks for an X5 when a loaded up and low mile, Certified 2012 X5M popped up on the Bridgewater BMW website. I called for more info and spoke with salesperson Scott Vickers. I headed down to the dealer for a look and test drive. They got me into the car for a test drive very quickly to see if I liked it. Test drive went well and sat down with BOTH Tom Forget (pre-owned sales manager) and Scott at same time so none of the typical back and forth "let me talk to my manager" games many dealers do that many find frustrating. Was able to negotiate a suitable deal quickly and setup for delivery of the car. Both Scott and Tom easy to deal with and worked to get me the deal I wanted without any typical high pressure tactics. Arrived on Saturday for delivery and the car was ready and detailed inside and out. Looked great. Doing the paperwork may have been the most pleasurable I've ever had at a dealership thanks to Ozzy. I've purchased many cars and have dealt with lots of finance people who handle all the closing paperwork and have to say Ozzy is by far the best. Explained everything clearly and didn't rush through it as many at other dealers have in the past. He's also very personable. I also own a 2013 BMW M5 and bring my car to Bridgewater for service which has always been good and my 2008 M3 has been serviced there as well. For full disclosure, I did try to buy my 2013 M5 from Bridgewater back in 2012 but like five other dealers I called, they would only offer me MSRP at that time as the car was a brand new model and in high demand. Almost every dealer wanted MSRP or over MSRP at the time. I was able to get 4 grand off at another dealer through a friend of mine who personally knew the sales manager at that other dealer. In retrospect, If I waited a year I could have saved 5 to 10 grand at any dealer on the M5 once the initial demand was satisfied. Lack of patience cost me a bit on that one! However driving the M5 for that year, priceless! Overall the experience with Scott, Tom and Ozzy at BMW of Bridgewater was a good one and I look forward to doing business with them again when the new X5M's start to ship. I'd recommend seeing Scott Vickers if you happen to be in the market for a BMW new or used. I'm now the happy owner of two M division BMW vehicles and so happy with them. More

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience buying a car at BMW of Bridgewater and working with our Client Advisor, Mike Watson. --- There was a large inventory of cars to choose fr experience buying a car at BMW of Bridgewater and working with our Client Advisor, Mike Watson. --- There was a large inventory of cars to choose from at this dealership, and Mike was very knowledgeable, giving us both a thorough overview at our first visit, and then following-up by helping us sort out the details and decisions to be made in getting the "package" that we were most interested in. He also worked with us about getting the best possible price for our new car and for our trade-in. --- Mike was readily available for both phone calls and in-person meetings. He is not only very experienced at guiding customers through the process of choosing a car to buy, but he is also a lot of fun to work with! --- I highly recommend Mike Watson as a Client Advisor. --- And I would also give "high marks" to the overall Customer Service at the Bridgewater dealership, which is very well-managed with a highly competent staff. The end of the story is that I decided not to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned BMW after negotiating a tentative deal with Dave Wagoner, which included requesting two days to consider whether I wanted to ulti Certified Pre-Owned BMW after negotiating a tentative deal with Dave Wagoner, which included requesting two days to consider whether I wanted to ultimately purchase the vehicle in question. I provided a refundable $1,000 deposit at that time and after the two-day window (it was actually about 30 hours), I requested a refund of my deposit. I had simply changed my mind - the car in question, after further consideration, did not meet my needs. What was shocking - shocking - was the manner in which Dave Wagoner handled my request to no longer hold the car and refund my deposit. Instead of approaching me as a "ripe" customer ready to purchase a car, he became instantly rude and unhelpful. He simply refused to refund my deposit and pointed, instead, to some arbitrary policy of the dealer that prevented a refund telephonically. As it turns out, the only mechanism with which I was able to get my money back was to dispute the charge with my credit card. After repeated phone calls and emails to both Dave Wagoner and Tom Forget, my money was never refunded. As of the writing of this review, it took over THREE WEEKS to process a refund and again, only because I disputed the charge with my credit card. I am equally surprised that Dave has received such glowing reviews on this site. Further still, I'm surprised that the management team at Bridgewater BMW is as equally indignant as Dave is at responding to a prospective customer. I've left no less than three messages & several emails in the span of the week to try and resolve this issue - an issue that should've never been in the first place. You guessed it - not one person called me back (Dave & Tom, that's you). The end of the story is I bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW from another dealer - one that made me feel comfortable and was interested in placing me in a vehicle that I was ultimately happy with. Ironically, Dave had this sale in his hands - a slam dunk - and only because of how he handled my engagement did he and Bridgewater BMW lose my business. Rarely, if ever, have I taken the time to provide public feedback about a bad experience, but this simply could not go unmentioned. Prospective customers should be aware of the caliber of certain individuals at Bridgewater BMW. Dave Wagoner. Bridgewater BMW. Shame on you. It's shocking that there are people like you with such an utter lack of civility in a service industry that it begs the question how far up this actually goes. Caveat emptor!! More

It was indeed a pleasure working with BMW of Bridgewater on the purchase of my new X-5 50. Our interaction with Mike Watson, our Client Advisor, was truly exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and extrem on the purchase of my new X-5 50. Our interaction with Mike Watson, our Client Advisor, was truly exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and extremely useful in helping us build/design our new vehicle. He was easy to reach and prompt to respond to any request. We spend quite a bit of time outside of the Bridgewater area and could have placed an order with several dealerships, but chose to purchase our vehicle from BMW of Bridgewater in large part due to our interaction with Mike. I highly recommend Mike Watson and BMW of Bridgewater. More
