The salesman, Frank, was good. HOWEVER, the dealership (sales manager, finance manager, operations manager) were very, very difficult to work with. They tried to squeeze me on everything - the price, the (sales manager, finance manager, operations manager) were very, very difficult to work with. They tried to squeeze me on everything - the price, the trade in, the financing, etc. They wouldn't give me their best deal until I negotiated for hours and walked away 3 times! It was exhausting and frustrating. I researched all the numbers, which they eventually met, but getting them there was brutal. The salesman, Frank, did everything in his power to get the deal done. But this is not a dealership for people who are intimidated or afraid to negotiate hard. More
