John Marfoglio stepped in when my sales rep (Manjula) was unavailable and accompanied me on a test drive. We test drove the X5 and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Ask for Manjula when you visit Bridgewater BMW. Her customer service exceeded my expectations. She was the only service representative who spoke to me to see which vehicle I was interested in. Manjula is a great representative of the BMW brand. This is my second vehicle purchase with Manjula and both experiences have been the best I have ever dealt with in my car purchasing history. Bridgewater BMW is an absolute delight to work with.
