We just purchased a BMW X3 and from start to finish the experience was awesome. We had a few issues but with the help of Bill one of the sales managers the issues are being taken care of. Rob Long was ori experience was awesome. We had a few issues but with the help of Bill one of the sales managers the issues are being taken care of. Rob Long was originally our sales associate but he got married so he left us in the capable hands of Victor Palumbo no relation. Victor was super kind and patient with me. I can be extremely demanding and he was nothing but kind. He took the time at delivery to go over the vehicle. This is our 4th BMW that we have purchased from BMW of Bridgewater so that right there tells you how satisfied we are with them. Bob the finance manager was very kind and wasn’t pushy. I really appreciate him going through the different warranties without any pressure of buying one. So from start to finish it was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. More

Placed an order in February, and the vehicle was ready in May - not bad under the current supply challenges. My only complaint is that I ordered my M340i with black Vernasca leather paired with blue stitching and the special “M” colors, but my car arrived with the standard black Vernasca leather sears with the non-M grey stitching. It’s not that big of a deal, but I am a little let down. When the time comes, and I purchase/lease another vehicle, I will be returning to Bridgewater BMW. More
