This was my first time as a customer at Bridgewater BMW and it was a great experience from start to finish. I have been a BMW owner since 2007 and have purchased/leased my vehicles from Open Road. This was and it was a great experience from start to finish. I have been a BMW owner since 2007 and have purchased/leased my vehicles from Open Road. This was a totally different experience. Bridgewater BMW can do everything that the larger BMW dealers can but the difference is the customer service. It’s like buying a car from a mom and pop shop. I worked with Savitri Persaud and I would highly recommend her. Savitri was extremely professional, courteous and kept me up to date with every little detail. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and went above and beyond the whole way through. The delivery process was exceptional!!! Where in the past the delivery process would literally take a few hours, at Bridgewater BMW, I was in and out in an hour!!! Zarina Fargali, the BMW Genius was exceptional as well!!! She answered all of our questions and made sure she pointed out all the important features in the vehicle and she did that all with my two young boys jumping around the back seat in excitement!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for a real personal experience and as I’m sure all of their employees are great, I personally would recommend Savitri Persaud and if you have any questions whatsoever about the vehicle Zarina Fargali is who you should ask for.
