To start off, like most people, I dislike going to dealerships. To me, it is equivalent to going to a dentist (an uncomfortable experience from beginning to end). When I brought my I3 to Bridgewater for a check on tires and alignment, I was expecting the worst, until I spoke with Jeff. Jeff Defonseka, (Service Manager), eased my worries and truly changed my opinion on dealerships. He truly cared about my concerns and calmly explained every single detail. Fantastic Service! Best Service Department in New Jersey! Upon my arrival to BMW of Bridgewater I was greeted by Jeff (Service Manager). He was very professional and mad Best Service Department in New Jersey! Upon my arrival to BMW of Bridgewater I was greeted by Jeff (Service Manager). He was very professional and made me feel welcome! I explain the reason of my visit to him and my service advisor Monika. Both of them immediately took the lead to solve my problem. They were extremely professional, friendly, and informative. Monika and Jeff gave me an idea what was going on right away but advised the car will need to stay at the dealership for more detail diagnostics. Rohan offered me a loaner car immediately and helped me to remove all of my belongings from my vehicle into the loaner. He was professional and provided an overview of the loaner vehicle. He walked me to my car and wished me a great day. During the time my car was at the BMW of Bridgewater, Monika and Anthony (the shop foreman) kept me updated about the car and repairs that were needed. Anthony advised which parts really needed to be replace and which could wait. I felt comfortable with the service and didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off! Once I pick up my car, it was washed, clean and all ready for me. I couldn't be happier with the service! I recommend BMW of Bridgewater to everyone!
