I left my vehicle at BMW of Brooklyn for a week of service. When I arrived to pick it up around 4 PM, I was told it was still undergoing quality control (QC), even though the BMW app hadn’t been updated since 11:27 AM. After nearly two hours of back-and-forth, I was informed they couldn’t find my physical key and was told to drive home using my digital key and return the next day if they found it. I then pulled the vehicle into their service entry area, which lacks sufficient lighting, to retrieve my belongings. That’s when I immediately noticed more than 10 marks on the hood. Their staff quickly addressed these on-site using some spray solutions. When I asked what to do if I found additional damages or marks later, they told me to return the next day if that happened. After returning home and conducting a more thorough inspection, I discovered a small chip-sized damage and additional marks on the hood that could not be removed with a microfiber towel. My entire vehicle is protected with paint protection film (PPF), so I take surface damage seriously. I returned to the dealership the following day to report the issue. Unfortunately, both the service manager and general manager immediately dismissed any possibility that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their care. Without conducting a proper inspection or review, they insisted the damage was either pre-existing or caused after pickup. I requested a review of the drop-off video footage. They did and claimed it was too difficult to detect small details like chips and maintained their position. My point is simple: if no damage is visible in the drop-off video and damage is clearly present upon pickup, it’s reasonable to conclude the damage occurred during their custody. Still, they refused to take responsibility. For a premium brand like BMW, this lack of care and accountability is unacceptable. More
My daughter and I had a good experience with BMW repairs. Shout out to Anthony Abrams!!! he was awesome, and very professional . I've been purchasing cars for over 33 years and this has been the most challenging experience, in fact the worst experience I have ever had. I spent much time with the sales person, Jessica, two days before been the most challenging experience, in fact the worst experience I have ever had. I spent much time with the sales person, Jessica, two days before even coming to the dealership, providing her with all of the financial info needed for her to give to the finance department and made an appointment to come in to sign the paperwork in two days. After arriving at the dealership two days later, I spent another 8 hours of my time at the dealership waiting and finally reviewing the paperwork only to find out that they only provided financing through BMW and offered me a finance rate of over 7 percent even though my credit score was 890. I asked them to run the financing through another bank and the rate obtained was almost 2 points lower. I had them redo the paperwork and as a result they treated me horribly. I ended up having to complete the deal on another day or so after spending 8 hours at the dealership but only after them making me jump through unheard of hoops to do so. Never again, poor customer service and grossly unprofessional behavior. I was left with the feeling that were looking for ways to scam me. More

This place is a racket. STAY AWAY. I brought my 2020 4 series in because my taillight had malfunctioned months earlier. I was given Ernie Wan as the service coordinator. STAY AWAY. I brought my 2020 4 series in because my taillight had malfunctioned months earlier. I was given Ernie Wan as the service coordinator. Mr. Wan told me the cost was $295 to run a diagnostic. I should have left at this point. I asked Mr. Wan why he would need to run a diagnostic if the warning light is on. He danced around the issue but seemed to let it go. I dropped my car off Friday morning and asked that he keep me posted because I need some advanced notice for pickup. I called him Friday evening, once on Saturday, twice on Monday and I sent an email reminding him that I work long hours so advanced notice would be appreciated. He did not return a single call or respond to my email. I receive a call Tuesday afternoon that the tail light is not covered under warranty because of body damage. There is a dent about 12 inches away. He admitted that the tail light was not cracked by he thinks that the frame shifted damaging the tail light. I asked for photographs showing the shifted frame but there were none. I sent him photographs from my house surveillance camera showing that the tail light was out before the dent. He did not care. I asked for phone number for BMW and he told me to google it. Frustrated I hung up. I then receive a text that the car must be picked up and if it is not I will be charged $179 per day for the loaner. I cancel my work meetings, rush to return the loan and my car was not ready to picked up. Stay away from this place. More
