Beyond his professionalism and outstanding servi This is the second annual service occasion for me at Life Quality and both times I worked with Neill. Beyond his professionalism and outstanding servicing of my beautiful 2014 BMW 4 convertible, which I love, Neill is just a really nice guy with a warm and welcoming personality. On this visit I had my usual yearly check-up, tires, oil, inspection, etc. as well as some body work done. I finally brought my car in for a small dent I managed to get when I backed into a pole the third week I had my car. It was a very low pole. Not my fault :) Anyway, the car looks great, but that's exactly what I expected. If you can't yet figure this out, I really like Neil and appreciate the attention he affords me and my BMW. In point of fact, I like all the guys and gals at Life Quality Service. I don't know everyone's name, but absolutely everyone I had even the slightest interaction with was pleasant, competent and very professional. Thank you Neill for being such a nice guy. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE DO NOT buy a car from this place. They sold me a pink plasti dip car for $42,000. The plasti dip is all over the car. A previous worker that used to DO NOT buy a car from this place. They sold me a pink plasti dip car for $42,000. The plasti dip is all over the car. A previous worker that used to work there did that to the car when he owned it. I have been having trouble ever since, trying to remove the pink plasti dip all over the car. They are telling me I have to pay them to have the plasti dip removed, after I already paid $42,000. This is how they treat their customers. They are a very greedy dealership with no morals, and they don't care about customer retention or customer satisfaction. They said they gave me two details, and a full tank of gas. All these cost like $200. Detailing a car does not remove plasti dip. RemovIng thr plasti dip from the car will cost over $3500 according to the estimate I received from them. More
