Purchasing Experience After conducting months of research, I finally found the BMW I was looking for at the right price. Since I live in PA I would normally never travel After conducting months of research, I finally found the BMW I was looking for at the right price. Since I live in PA I would normally never travel to Brooklyn, NY. However, after corresponding via email and phone with Kaz (Sales Associate) and Craig (Pre-Owned Mgr.) I was so impressed in the way they handled themselves, I felt at ease and interested in dealing with them both right from the begining. Because of their straight forward approach (No xx at all) I was able to basically purchase the vehicle unseen. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted in a professional manner from everyone including the receptionist. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful. However, From the time I spoke on the phone until I drove off the lot with my BMW, I felt extremely comfortable with their entire process and transactions. From Kaz, Craig and Mohsen (Finance department) I felt I was taken care of like a family member. These folks are the real deal. Professional, candid and ask for your business the old fashion way with total respect and appreciation. ( Unheard of in this day and age).
