stay away if your car is in warranty Horrible experience with Neill Garoogian, I have 2014 328 i 4k miles. I left the car in service to see from where the rattle noise is coming from fr Horrible experience with Neill Garoogian, I have 2014 328 i 4k miles. I left the car in service to see from where the rattle noise is coming from front left tire, but before to do this I did a test drive with one of their mechanic and he notice also that rattle noise. Neill called me next day to say ''I have no time today to check your car but I may have time tomorrow'', I've said'' OK, but you call me to say after 24h you did not touch yet my car?", meanwhile I've called BMW North America they open a case and 5 min later Neill called me to say " I start to work on your car, but because you called BMW NA you never step in my service" Next day he never call me and after one more day I got to the service to see what is going on, he said the car has nothing and is ready to get home, they never gave me an invoice, the rims was scratch and they put over 60 mile for test drive, probably they use my car for personal purpose. BMW NA says ''they can not do nothing regarding of this service because they are a private service and they recommended to try other service. So, now I have a premium $50k car and I can not enjoy because of the noise Thank you BMW So, stay away for this service if your car is in warranty... Meanwhile after I've placed the review, on Oct 15th I've got a phone call from Nick to ask me if I fixed the problem of my car, is this a joke or what? As they said the car has nothing and now they ask me about the problem, of course it is a problem with my car, their mechanic agreed when we had the drive test... More

My first BMW Bought my first BMW (3 series) recently from Life Quality at the beginning of Oct. I wanted a CPO and they had a great variety to choose from. I Bought my first BMW (3 series) recently from Life Quality at the beginning of Oct. I wanted a CPO and they had a great variety to choose from. I drove a few, they were all in immaculate condition and decided on one I wanted but it sold before I could nab it. Then back to square one on exactly which to buy but I was sold on the idea of a BMW and from Life Quality if at all possible since it was local to me and I got a good vibe from the place. The guy (Kaz) really knew his stuff about this car. I'd been to other deals who were just selling a car (and one they knew almost nothing about) but I felt Kaz was selling an experience, not just something with 4 wheels. After a test drive I walked off knowing more about the car than I was able to find out reading extensively online. Long story short, after some negotiations we finally landed on a deal I was pretty happy with (though they were not quite as flexible as I hoped, but I was probably overly optimistic on what I wanted to pay) but the price was certainly fair and definitely lower than what I saw online in NJ, CT or other places in NY/NYC for a comparable BMW. So, I now own a 3 series that I love! Don't know how I could ever drive a lesser car. We'll be going back when we need to upgrade and if we ever need a second car. I have yet to try the service dept (and hopefully won't have to for a while!) so all I can comment on at this time is the CPO purchasing process, which I am very happy with. I dropped a chunk of change and have no regrets. Recommended! More
