I have no doubt that the sales department of Life Quality BMW would be a great experience but their service center is by far the WORST service center I have ever dealt with. Although the representatives tha BMW would be a great experience but their service center is by far the WORST service center I have ever dealt with. Although the representatives that answer the phone are pleasant, they have no information and can't help in any way. They simply take a message or transfer the call to the advisor, which is always either with clients or on the phone. After bringing my car in at 8:00am, I never received a call that day nor could not get the advisor on the phone. When I call the next morning, I was told that I had to wait until after 11:00am to reach my advisor because he was taking in cars for that days service. I called back at a few more times and my advisor was either on the phone or with a client. It was 3:00pm when I found out what was wrong with the car and what was going to be done to fix it. No problem - Right? Wrong. I called back the next day to find out what time I could pick up my car and was told that they did not have the part and it would take two days to get it. Sure the advisor was pleasant but with the amount of cars coming in and out, advisors do not have enough time to devote to ANY client. My simple fix, which should have taken 4 hours, took 6 days. More advisors are needed, but my guess is that the Life Quality BMW Service Center does not care about how quickly cars are serviced or about the customer service experience. I will never use this service center again - and I would warn anyone else who does. More
Avoid if you're buying from out of state. Dealer waited 25 days from date of purchase to submit registration docs, only to cause the 30 day temp transit tag to lapse and car illegal to drive. Recei waited 25 days from date of purchase to submit registration docs, only to cause the 30 day temp transit tag to lapse and car illegal to drive. Received plate 27 days after expiration. Called and spoke to leasing manager who said "you got the car for a steal" and to pound sand. Offered no comp and was defensively rude. Good thing BMW is now involved. More

I decided to lease on Life Quality BMW because me and Mike Ryan(sales agent) agreed that my monthly lease will be $480 on 328i With a $3K down, plus I will qualify for College Graduate Program promo by B Mike Ryan(sales agent) agreed that my monthly lease will be $480 on 328i With a $3K down, plus I will qualify for College Graduate Program promo by BMW which was $1000. Mike also promised that Life Quality will take care of my last month lease of $550. Guess what? None of those happened. I didn't get my last month lease, my monthly lease went up to $530, I didnt get the $1K for College Grad Program. The supervisor, Mr Cuarto, discussed the lease contract, mentioning $480/month lease, but After I signed the contract, I saw the amount was $530. I also want to Cancel the Scratch and Dent insurance of $50/month, but they're giving me hard time. I called a lot of times..no response! I left phone messages..no return call! So I wrote a complain on BBB and BMW against this dealership(Life Quality BMW). I had a terrible experience on this dealership. Be careful With this dealership,They like to rip-off people. After you got the car, & got their commissions, they will just ignore you if you seek help. Now, I'm just waiting for the BBB's and BMW's reply. More

On my latest visit which was about two weeks ago, I dropped my car off because the engine light was coming on and my car was dragging/pulling. This is the second time this has occurred. I have a 2010 B dropped my car off because the engine light was coming on and my car was dragging/pulling. This is the second time this has occurred. I have a 2010 BMX G550 with less than 30k miles so I don’t understand why I would be having engine issues again. So my husband drops the car off and about 3 days later I get a call from Brendan stating my car was out of warranty as of December 15th (why don’t we get some type of notice from BMW but I digress) and it would cost $2500 to fix this issue. Now, I’m sure you could understand why I was upset…. $2,500….right after the holidays???? Not to mention, when my husband dropped the car off, he wasn’t told the vehicle was out of warranty. So then Brendan stated they could give me a discount because I didn’t know and I’ve been a long time customer. The discount was $1k off ($1,500). To me, that was still too much considering this is the second time this issue occurred and I could have taken my car elsewhere and I wanted to pick my car up immediately. Brendan stated that outside of BMW, no one else could repair it and I would still have to pay a diagnostic fee regardless when I came to pick the care up. Not going to happen. If I was told the warranty expired, my husband would have left then and there. I give Brendan credit, I was flipping out and he still managed to remain cool. After going back and forth, he said he’d speak to his manager (Nick) and get back to me. I received a call from Brendan the next day and he said he couldn’t make any promises but was working on something and he needed a couple of days to get back to me. After about 2 days, Brendan indeed got back to me and stated that my car would be covered by BMW corporate! Brendan went above and beyond and presented my case to not only Nick, but to BMW corporate. And he did this despite my b*tching/complaining and without me asking (I didn’t get that far yet). What his motivation was, I don’t care because what he did was right by his customer. That’s all that matters. So next time you go, maybe you should try Brendan! More
