BMW of Brooklyn

This is an awful place to get a car. I had a 325i and they never fixed my problem. I took the car in 4 times and the first 3 times they never even bothered to check the car. They claim that they have the best BMW customer rating in NY, but that is becuase they hound you to give them a high rating and if you don't, as the service manager told me there, "It is NOT in your best interest NOT to give us a 5 after a service". I think this statement speaks for itself. I have definitely been put off BMW's for life! More
