I said sure but I know you're closing in 30 minutes. He said whatever you need and however long it takes I am here to help you. We went for a test drive. Benn answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or got the feeling they wanted to close. After meeting with the sales manager and the BMW "genius" Justin, I was so impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism, I left with my new BMW!
