I'm a gearhead and a very particular buyer looking for a very specific spec. The spec I wanted wasn't in their inventory, so Brittany and Eric searched nationally and sourced the exact spec I wanted via dealer trade. They were straight with me regarding price and when we hit an unfortunate delay affecting finance rates, they still worked with me to earn my sale. Two things I'd note for other buyers. They put everything in writing and explained the line items, including the Maryland excise calculation. And they were patient while I looked at close to a dozen cars across four states before circling back. Nobody pressured me - they are kind, honest people selling a luxury vehicle, making it a luxury experience. I shopped several BMW dealers in the region during this process, including a few that wouldn't discuss numbers over the phone or walked backward from their own offers. Catonsville was the most straightforward of the group, and they were the only ones who put in real work to find a specific car rather than trying to sell me what was already on their lot. My previous X5 had been serviced there since new (Keon at BMW Service is fantastic); this team has earned my business and brand loyalty for many years to come. More

I spoke to Brittany Hill in the beginning of my search for a new X7 M60i, and I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, consideration, and just overall kindness. Brittany was more than accommodating during the negotiation phase and her communication was excellent. I knew deep down that I wasn't going to beat this level of service, but I had to try. I contacted at least 15 other dealerships and no one came even remotely close in price, service, or communication. The choice was obvious. I placed my order with Brittany and the entire process was seamless, transparent, honest, and so incredibly easy. My car even showed up early and when I picked it up, I was in and out in basically an hour (which is unheard of). Britt helped me set up my digital key, register the app, and had the car cleaned. Sam Choi in finance was also the best and most efficient finance manager I've ever worked with. He was upfront, honest, respectful, and kind. We had a great conversation and he answered all of my questions without any unnecessary pressure. Awesome experience with absolutely top-tier service!
