Cindy Hahn is an excellent service advisor Between my Mom, Dad and wife, we had four BMWs in the family. We've been going to BMW of Catonsville for over a decade. Cindy Hahn has been our servic Between my Mom, Dad and wife, we had four BMWs in the family. We've been going to BMW of Catonsville for over a decade. Cindy Hahn has been our service advisor in all that time. She has done an excellent job of ensuring we got the work we needed done at a fair price. She has a very good way with people, and she goes the extra mile to communicate what we need to know, when we need to know it. Granted, when you take your vehicle to a dealer, you're going to pay more than if some independent mechanic does the work. But with BMW of Catonsville, when you get the work done, you know it's getting done right the first time. Which I cannot say has been my experience when I've used third party independents for anything more significant than an oil change or other basic maintenance work. More

Stuck on side of Highway/ Colleen Keating /Richard Roberts I called BMW of Cantonsville. Cindy Hahn answered, a Service advisor. She helped me get a tow company. ..helped me get in...stayed late....made sure I I called BMW of Cantonsville. Cindy Hahn answered, a Service advisor. She helped me get a tow company. ..helped me get in...stayed late....made sure I was ok and my car issue was resolved in an inexpensive manor. I will recommend this dealership to friends and when I buy in the future..I will be back. Great team of people and the mechanic who knows I had emergency to get back...was wonderful. ..and I am grateful Fred stayed. Thank you Cindy and Fred.!!! More

Finally, A Dealer Service Department That Gets It For most of my car driving life, dealer service departments have been known chiefly for over-charging. I went elsewhere for parts and service. This dealer has decided to actually compete for my business. When my advisor, Jamie Brenneman, told me I needed tires, she was able to provide not only competitive pricing, but the convenience of having it done in one place by people who can reliably handle run flats with a monitoring system. The service department is unfailingly responsive and polite, and Jamie keeps me informed and on time. More
