I went to several dealerships before I stopped in at BMW of Darien traveling from NYC. BMW dealerships in Brooklyn and NJ were unwilling to negotiate on vehicle prices and gave laughable trade-in offers. When I made a stop at BMW of Darien, I was not pressured to purchase - in fact, Jim treated me with professionalism and allowed me to drive the vehicle in a spirited manner even before taking down my information. After 30 minutes of inspecting and driving the vehicle, Jim made a deal for both the trade-in and the purchase. I left the dealership extremely happy and Jim took care of everything for me. The little details matter the most - I asked for an extra set of keys; he made it happen. I asked for weather mats; he made it happen. I asked if I can pick up the car the next morning; he made sure the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. I'll be coming back for my next vehicle purchase and service needs.
