Couldn’t make it any easier. Drop-off was quick and efficient. Got squeaky clean loaner car within minutes. Service on our one year old X7 was done in a couple of hours. Vincent was very friendly taking care of the service and arranging the shuttle. Initially the technician identified a few potential issues, but later on most were deemed as non-issue after the battery was arranging the shuttle.
