My 2022 X5 M50i was experiencing repeated random and intermittent issues with its air conditioning system. It was admittedly a very thorny problem to replicate. Although it took two visits for Anthony and the techs to diagnose and home in on the problem, they unfailingly did. The A/C is now working perfectly. They all deserve no less than 5 stars. More

The advisor Robert Plimpton lacks customer service training. He does not give any option for customer regarding the issue. He just give it to the person in front and i have to figure it out by reading the breakdown. No interpersonal skills. Lacks customer service smile. More
