Took my 2009 328 in for service. Within hours they sent me a video walk through with the technician showing me all the problem areas. Then got a call from Anthony F who gave me a ver Within hours they sent me a video walk through with the technician showing me all the problem areas. Then got a call from Anthony F who gave me a very honest assessment of what work was critical vs what could wait based on my situation/needs. Have never experienced this at a dealership before. Usually everything is an absolute must. The work took a week because the part had to be ordered but they gave me a great loaner in the meantime. Highly recommend this dealership. More
