BMW service is well run. If I plan they will have a loaner or they will shuttle you to and from home. My only complaint this time was that while the car was washed and cleaned, they did not fill the ti loaner or they will shuttle you to and from home. My only complaint this time was that while the car was washed and cleaned, they did not fill the tires. Since it just started getting cold, they need some more pressure. Generally, BMW would do this, butnot this recent visit. My assigned representative, Anthony F., was very responsive. More

My experience for my service appointment was great. I was able to drop my car off early in the morning, get in and out quickly with a loaner, and my car was ready for me by noon.
