Exemplary Customer Service I bought a used Toyota Highlander from BMW. Jim Andrews was my salesman and went above and beyond, even though is was a used Toyota! While talking t I bought a used Toyota Highlander from BMW. Jim Andrews was my salesman and went above and beyond, even though is was a used Toyota! While talking to Jim, the store manager suggested I drive it home to see how I liked it! I ended up buying it that day. On my way home the dash board was making a rattling noise that I knew would drive my crazy. I sent Jim a message and he said "bring it in whenever you want and I'll get it fixed!" I've never bought a used car with not warranty that a dealer would fix in any way. I'll buy every car from here if I can!! More

I didn't feel bombarded with high pressure sales' techniques, as he was genuine, not at all "pushy" and very centered, sweet and honest. Ask for Ira G. Booker if you are looking for a great advocate. The finance guys were also awesome and I am so glad for the overall experience!!! More

The front line salesperson, Ira Booker, was outstanding, knew his product, and was patient with me as I learned about all BMW machines have to offer. The sales managers Jim and Whey both are examples of excellence. Excellent communication skills helped us to find a balance to our deal where I feel like I received a fair deal and a new opportunity to experience BMW as a daily driver. Greg in the finance booth was well prepared, timely since we traveled from De Witt, Iowa for this purchase, and thorough. I would not only recommend this dealership to others, I plan on working with these professionals again with future vehicle needs.
