I purchased my new X3 from Kerry Simmons at BMW of Devon on 3/21/26. The entire experience from meeting Kerry to driving off the lot in my new car was extremely pleasant, easy, no pressure, and I felt extre on 3/21/26. Kerry has a very easy going personality which made it easy to sit with him and talk about what I wanted to get. I never felt pressured to give "numbers" or what I was looking to spend. We did a test drive (which was awesome), and I gave Kerry my build from what I did online. After we got the papers with the totals for the car, we signed off and Kerry put in the order/build to be done. 3 weeks later, I'm driving my new car! The day of picking up my car, Kerry Simmons couldn't have been more welcoming and made me feel like I was the only priority in the world. Just felt very special in his presence. Noel Montesano was phenomenal and not pushy at all when it came to financing and adding warranties/coverages to the car. A true pleasure to deal with. Joe Slaughter, the BMW Genius, was incredibly helpful in helping me learn the new technology before I drove off. He was very down to earth and explained the engine and tech to me in layman's terms, which I greatly appreciated. After I get more questions through my driving of the car, Joe has let me know to reach out to him so he can answer those questions. I can't recommend BMW of Devon and Kerry Simmons enough when you want a hassle free, enjoyable car buying experience! My wife purchased her car through Kerry, who recommended a friend, who got her car through Kerry, which led me check out BMW of Devon and I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Kerry! More
