I could not have found a better group of people to help me with the purchase of my first BMW. From the moment John greeted me at the door I knew I had found the right place. He introduced me to Carolyn and from there everything just fell into place. She lead me through the purchase and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I didn't have to deal with any of the going back and forth that I had experienced at other dealerships. They have earned my business for life. Starting with Dale Levin who is the most "down-to-earth," "no B.S." customer advisor I've ever worked with and extending to the kids who detail cars and run for keys. You know exactly where you stand with Dale, there's no hype and no pressure. You tell him what you want and he does his best to find it for you at what you're willing to pay.
