They have no female sales associates and I was not comfortable with the honesty of the male associate I worked with. JP Dunphy helped me out today with my X3, I've been having trouble with the apple carplay for months now. All i can say is this guy is a SERIOUSLY a GENIUS! What took me month and still didn't figure having trouble with the apple carplay for months now. All i can say is this guy is a SERIOUSLY a GENIUS! What took me month and still didn't figure out he took 2 minutes looking and not only got apple carplay working but set up my shortcut keys to bring me right to the things i use most. the guy is a legend! if you have ANY questions ask him, he's a wiz at this stuff. i've had my BMW 650i for a few years now. I was having issues with my comfort access and passed by, figured I'd see if someone could help out. I was directed to JP Dunphy, their head BMW Geni I was having issues with my comfort access and passed by, figured I'd see if someone could help out. He did some coding on my car and now only got me my convenience access back but got more functionality than it had before! If you need anything at all JP is the guy!!!!
