Came in with some really bad problems with my X6 M. When I reached out to what i thought was still west german bmw, I was connected with JP who told me he could fix the problem within 5 minutes of being in the car. Given my current predicament I found the claim to be outrageous, but sure enough i was there in 20 minutes of getting off the phone and was back on the road with everything working perfectly!!! THE MAN IS A GENIUS, really and truly! With great people like this I know where I’m buying my next BMW. More
