Stanley did an amazing job from the second I called the dealership. He was very prompt and had a true sense of urgency which I really appreciated. After he found the car that I wanted to lease, I met with dealership. He was very prompt and had a true sense of urgency which I really appreciated. After he found the car that I wanted to lease, I met with his managers which all seemed amazing while I was there. We agreed to a deal and shortly after, I was told that I qualified for a "new grad" offer which would be an additional $1000 off the MSRP (recent Master's degree), so it lowered the monthly payment even more. I was told that they just needed to see my diploma and that it would apply, so I signed an agreement for the new/lowered price. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, the day that I planned on picking up the car, I was told that there are certain criteria that needed to be met in order to qualify for this new grad discount. This turned into 3 whole days of completely waiting, not to mention without having a car since I returned my last lease to a different dealership. My anger and frustration is mostly directed towards the managers and finance department since NO ONE told me about criteria that had to be met in order to qualify for this discount. Granted, this is the car that I wanted and we already negotiated a great deal, but since this offer was brought to my attention (the manager came and found me after we already made a deal), I was so fixated on this lowered price. I hope they don't make this mistake again in the future and get someone else's hopes up without explaining the whole process. Employees should be required to at least know that there are specific parameters that need to be met. Overall, Stanley did an awesome job for my first experience leasing a BMW, however I thought otherwise for the other departments that I dealt with. More
Horrible service experience I went into this dealership for multiple issues with my car. Despite asking them to diagnose my issue and let me know before proceeding to do the work I went into this dealership for multiple issues with my car. Despite asking them to diagnose my issue and let me know before proceeding to do the work they did work and overcharged me for the service. When I discussed this with them instead of trying to concede and keep a customer happy they doubled down and said it was somehow my fault. The issue was not fixed after multiple visits and eventually their incompetence and lack of compassion for their customers convinced me to get rid of my car at a loss!!! Their staff doesn't communicate with each other, they yell and belittle their customers. They don't complete the work to a degree that should come with the "ultimate driving experience". I would never go back to this dealer and will not own another BMW because of my experiences there. More
Poor sales experience I purchased my very first BMW from this dealership and was super excited to own the car. At signing they happened to do a calculation error and the mo I purchased my very first BMW from this dealership and was super excited to own the car. At signing they happened to do a calculation error and the monthly payment was going to be additional. I was annoyed but was very excited for my BMW so I proceeded. After signing they gave me the 2 keys for the car, 1 of which looked like it was chewed by the previous owners dog. I felt like it was a bait and switch but either way I had my BMW and was happy. After a decent 2 years it started to have issues. With the additional issues and the CPO warranty close to expiring I reached out to the sales person to try to look for a used car covered under the CPO warranty. Despite multiple requests to reach out to me he never did. Between this and my HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE West German not only turned me off from their dealership, but also from BMW. I will never go back and will never own another BMW because of my combined sales and service experience. More

My experience started with a search on the internet and interaction with Courtney who was timely and knowledgeable. In all fairness to all, she essentially had the car sold before I walked in the door. Franco sealed the financial deal with his expert knowledge of the loan and incentive process. And of course Edward held my hand and expertly guided me through the whole process. He really knew the BMW product inside and out and helped me understand all the new mechanical features and electronic technology. He is still helping me with the myriad questions. If you do not have a relationship with a WG sales agent, I highly recommend asking to speak to Edward Salloum. And of course I really appreciated my "old salesman" Bob Cesarini stopping by to say hello. More
