Upon my recent visit to Bmw of Ft Washington for inspection and my yearly winter tire application, it turned out my car didn’t pass. The service department was quick to send me a video with a detail inspection and my yearly winter tire application, it turned out my car didn’t pass. The service department was quick to send me a video with a detailed explanation and cost. . The necessary parts were ordered and my car repaired quickly and kept an open line of communication with updates of repair status and completion date.
