Ben Ammar provided FANTASTIC service and is the reason I will now likely continue services at BMW of Ft. Washington. He was extremely pleasant when dropping me off in the courtesy shuttle and was really hig will now likely continue services at BMW of Ft. Washington. He was extremely pleasant when dropping me off in the courtesy shuttle and was really highlighting the BMW electric i7 features and doubling as a salesperson. When picked up following my service completion he got friendly with my children and made them feel very special when we picked up our car by taking them for treats and also giving them key chains. Ben is clearly a reason that you will gain repeat business from me when I had decided to go to BMW Reading in the future. He could train your service coordinators in courtesy and customer service. You are lucky to have him driving the business and the BMW brand. More
