Honest and Fair We all have had an unpleasant experience with a car dealerships at some point in our lives. And we don’t hold our peace to let them and anyone willing We all have had an unpleasant experience with a car dealerships at some point in our lives. And we don’t hold our peace to let them and anyone willing to listen, how we feel. But I must praise the BMW dealership in Fort Wayne. The Service Manager and my Service Technician Jason took EXTRA care of me. No details necessary...but I would recommend anyone (if they had a BMW) to ask for my guys🙂. More

Should have read the other review on here about the service department. Needed an oil change and had an airbag light on on the dash. My wife was the first car in the service line early in the AM. 1. service department. Needed an oil change and had an airbag light on on the dash. My wife was the first car in the service line early in the AM. 1.5 hours before she's suppose to pick it up, they call and say they need three more hours JUST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. So, apparently it takes a specialized BMW mechanic all day and $430 to find out WHY a lights on. Total bill $255 for an oil change and "Diagnosis" that was worthless. Wish I'd have gone somewhere else....oh wait, I STILL HAVE TOO! More

I have always been extremely satified with the treatment I recieve when I visit the dealership for my service needs. My most recent visit was a spur of the moment need to have my wipers replaced during a ra I recieve when I visit the dealership for my service needs. My most recent visit was a spur of the moment need to have my wipers replaced during a rain storm. Doug Bontrager was very accomodating in handling my repair. He replaced my wipers while I waited without an appointment. They were very busy but he made me feel like I was the only one there. This type of service is rare in this day and age and I want as many people as possible to know that I have always been treated this way whe I'm there. More

Well at least they are friendly when they try to screw you. Over charge from 50-200% over BMW ETK prices. One of the jobs I got an estimate on they wanted to charge three hours labor. I brought to their attention that BMW lists the job at 5 FRU (flat rate units) and they said, "Yes, that's right - 5 hours. We are giving you a break." A break? Folks, an FRU is 10 minutes! 10MINUTES! Stear clear of these yahoos, cheats, crooks and swindlers. More
