I can’t believe BMW treats safety like it’s optional in particular this Freeport dealership because the one in Manhasset always made sure to work with you. I had a recall on my X7 for brakes, took it in, a particular this Freeport dealership because the one in Manhasset always made sure to work with you. I had a recall on my X7 for brakes, took it in, and told them I was pregnant with three toddlers. Not only did they refuse to get me a loaner right away, but when I finally got my car back after three days, they hadn’t even washed it or done the detailing I requested. Months later, I ended up in an accident because the brakes failed, exactly what the recall was about. My kids were in the car with me, and it could have been tragic. Freeport BMW acted like it wasn’t a big deal. For a company that prides itself on “luxury,” they completely failed on the most basic responsibility: keeping customers safe. Yet the loaner car that BMW, the actual company, not even from the dealership at Freeport, we belong to lend us came at two in the morning and took it away giving us no notice email nothing, making me to runarounds and my children had to mis 2 classes and one doctors appointment. Then their excuse is that they are short staffed. More
