David Silverglad was my service advisor and he absolutely did an amazing job. I was extremely stressed about a vehicle I recently purchased from Paul Miller Bmw which had problems with the catalytic converte did an amazing job. He mad me feel comfortable and assured me the mechanics and Freeport would be able to fix my vehicle with no problem. He also stayed in contact with me constantly giving me daily updates and even took photos of the undercarriage to show me the progress of the work and fully explained the causes of malfunction. They also provide conveyance by understanding I just got off work of s grave yard shift and sent me home in a fully paid Uber because loaner vehicles were not available. And finally when the vehicle was ready he sent me a link for another fully paid Uber to pick up my vehicle. So far I have driven the vehicle for at least 15 miles and it rides smooth. I’m so glad David made sure my warranty coverage would cover everything with no out of pocket cost. The stare at this location in extremely friendly and they care about the status faction of the customer. At first hand I have also seen rude and obnoxious customer come in and approach David Sivergoad in a despicable manner, but he always stay calm and collective no matter the situation.
