Robert was a friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. I needed a ride from my house to the dealership and I called for a shuttle expecting a van to come pick me up. My recent service experience at BMW Of Freeport was superb. Scheduling was easy and convenient (you can do it on an app or call.) I received a confirmation text when I made the appointment and a remin superb. Scheduling was easy and convenient (you can do it on an app or call.) I received a confirmation text when I made the appointment and a reminder text and phone call the day before the appointment, (which I like because life gets busy.) From the moment I pulled into their garage there was someone to help and guide me onto the next step. The service team has a nice rhythm and everyone knows what they are doing…from the person taking your car, to the person giving you your loaner. Joe P was my service advisor and he has been in the past as well. Joe is definitely my “go to”, he always takes that extra step to ensure excellent service and appreciate that. More
