I have no problem with the service advisor David . He was excellent . . When I called saying I was on the road and my run flat was out of air the receptionist said I could bring it in and leave it or wait al excellent . . When I called saying I was on the road and my run flat was out of air the receptionist said I could bring it in and leave it or wait all day . She said they couldn’t guarantee it would be fixed that day . She suggested I have the run flat patched at a service station and then come in the next day to have it replaced . I was always told you shouldn’t patch a run flat , I brought it to my dealer in Freeport anyway and the service personal greeted me and took me in without an appointed and replaced my tire in less than 2 hours as I was a waiter. They were very professional. More
