Experience started out well, but did not end well. Came in and the prices they quoted me were significantly higher than another BMW dealer based on the same car with the same MSRP, even though at the other in and the prices they quoted me were significantly higher than another BMW dealer based on the same car with the same MSRP, even though at the other dealer it was a quote with $0 down, and over here the quote was with a 5 figure down payment. They're taking advantage of the fact that demand for cars is high and supply is low. Obviously I understand that, because at the end of the day it’s still a business, but the way their attitude changed when I even hinted at getting some sort of deal was terrible and it just really rubbed me the wrong way, especially since I’m a first time car buyer. I can’t say enough great things about David. My husband and I were shopping for a new car and ended up visiting multiple dealerships but nobody we met with compared to David. We initially saw the car on a and I were shopping for a new car and ended up visiting multiple dealerships but nobody we met with compared to David. We initially saw the car on a Saturday but still had one more dealership we wanted to visit. The following day we knew the BMW was the car for us and called David right away. He had our car pulled out for us before we even got there and he was ready and waiting to help us. Super knowledgeable and patient. 10/10 recommend him!! Thanks again David!! More

The representative Mr. Papagallo provided efficient and fine service. The car wash service on the other hand was terrible. They dirtied my carpet with soil from their shoes and put the drivers seat so far fine service. The car wash service on the other hand was terrible. They didn't clean the interior of my car. More
