Two weeks ago, I walked into Freeport BMW on basically a whim to see what the BMW X3 was all about. Giannis was courteous, informative, and make a whim into a reality for me, as I walk out that day purchasing an amazing X3 BMW vehicle totally excited about the experience I had just go through, thanks to Giannis’ expert handling of this journey. Within 24 hours, Giannis secured the exact vehicle I was looking for, had it prepared and in my possession the very next day. He also arranged for the return and disposition of my current vehicle that was coming off lease. True professionalism and dedication to his profession is best how I can describe my experience with him. We walked out of the dealership the same day with a 2020 530i and we could not be happier with the car. Nick was professional, honest, and overall a great person to work with. Stephen is a very dishonest salesman. The salesman I was working with is off today. So the manager had Stephen complete the deal with me. I gave him $1000 deposit and I signed the deal. During the 45 minute working with is off today. So the manager had Stephen complete the deal with me. I gave him $1000 deposit and I signed the deal. During the 45 minutes I was there I asked several times for the keys and a sold sign. He assured me the car was mine and it would not be shown or test drove from this point on. I noticed he was stalling for time. I grew inpatient and ask again for the keys . He then informed me the car was on a test drive with a customer of his. How dishonest can a person be?? He totally lied in my face. I Immediately canceled the deal and I’m currently taking my business to Habberstad BMW. In my 52 years I have never came across such a dishonest dealership and sales person buyer beware. More
