Service department I was told our recall corrections would take 3 hours but it ended up being over 5. They also told us they didn’t have any loaners during service but t I was told our recall corrections would take 3 hours but it ended up being over 5. They also told us they didn’t have any loaners during service but there were several in the parking lot - so we drove two cars over 25 min out to the dealership for no reason. Hard Purchase Interaction with dealership started with an online chat. Was informed I had an appointment with sales manager. When arriving at the store I was hande Interaction with dealership started with an online chat. Was informed I had an appointment with sales manager. When arriving at the store I was handed off to a salesperson (not a manager). Salesman (Alex Rogers) was great but negotiation on a deal that should have been simple took too long. Sales Manager (Austin Murry) finally showed up with a surprise of over $1000 of dealer added options, most of which were not desired. These additional costs should have been disclosed up front. Finally, Financing process took too long - almost two hours. Again, should have been simple on a customer with great credit rating. More

Best service ever!!! I originally went down there to look at a X1 and Giuseppe stayed till pretty much close with me that night to check it out. He also let me check out more that just the one car. He had let me test drive more than just that one he had me test drive a 3 and 5 series as well. I ended up finding the perfect car on their lot. When I came to buy the car he and Austin stayed until about 9:30-10 that night doing the paper work with me. I will definitely come back and buy another car from Giuseppe! He has since followed up with me about the car to see if I still love it. Thank you everyone on their team at BMW of Kansas City South. More
