Surprisingly Good Service They worked hard to earn my business. I had a specific price objective, and they did a good job of meeting me close to where I wanted to end up. What surprised me was that while I bought a cheap used car, the customer service given to me was on the level of someone buying a brand new luxury car. Oil change I was disappointed that my car was not cleaned. Last time I had one it was cleaned. I have had cars at Ford and Nissan and never picked up without it I was disappointed that my car was not cleaned. Last time I had one it was cleaned. Paul was great but a dirty car to come back to does not reflect the brand well. More
