Poor communication Vehicle in for several days for service and recall work. Not much communication during process until I called twice. Ask to check heating system and nothing indicated on paperwork. As soon as I left heating system had problems again. Would have been nice if the vehicle had been washed after being there 6 days and having bird droppings on the hood. Just not a good feeling. I received a text and email when it was done. Got there two hours later and had to wait for it to be vacuumed. I thought it was ready? More
