Service The service went fine until the end when I dropped off the loaner and the service person accused me of driving more than double that I did and was rud The service went fine until the end when I dropped off the loaner and the service person accused me of driving more than double that I did and was rude And made it very uncomfortable. Too many issues with car right after purchase! I bought a used Mercedes GLE 350 from the dealership and the salesperson was not really able to answer a lot if questions I had about the car. Once I I bought a used Mercedes GLE 350 from the dealership and the salesperson was not really able to answer a lot if questions I had about the car. Once I bought the car I had two dead keys I had to replace batteries in and when I called the dealership several times to ask how I needed to do that I would get a call back trying to tell me that the keys just needed to be reset, and they did not. I also was unaware I would be taking my car to the Mercedes dealership with any issues Instead of calling them and they could of just said that instead had to take it to another dealership to get new batteries. A week later I discovered that the alarm was broken and my back door wouldn’t lock. If I locked my car the back door would still open and my alarm would go off. I had to take ny car in to the Mercedes dealership again and get that fixed. Then recently after a couple months of having my vehicle I realized I gave been using regular 87 gas and the car is supposed to use 91 which I was never told when I asked what kind of gas to use! Kind if a big deal I should have been aware of. The staff was really nice and professional and friendly through the whole car buying experience but the most important thing when buying a car is to know about the car and what you are buying or you end up dealing with a lot of issues! I also had to ask for my car sales paperwork I never received at my first oil change appt and they emailed it to me which was fine but the staff was confused when I told them I purchased car care and Tried to charge when I set up an appt until I explained I bought the car care package. Overall I really liked the staff and dealership but I wish I could have just had all of that straightened out and taken care of before I bought the car! More
