Pauline was great. Had a spike in my tire. I noticed a problem with air in my tire. I live close to BMW and stopped there. Pauli’s checked the tire and determined I had a nail in it. Another service visit My car “died” for the second time in a few weeks, this time 2 1/2 hours from home. The fuel pump was bad, but that could not be determined after the My car “died” for the second time in a few weeks, this time 2 1/2 hours from home. The fuel pump was bad, but that could not be determined after the first break-down There had been a recall on it and it was replaced previously. Thankfully it was still under warranty, and thanks to Clinton, it was repaired at no cost to me. I was very grateful that this repair was covered. My only issue with the dealership is that they advertise that they have loaner cars for your repairs. My experience is that you will only get a loaner car if you give at least two weeks notice on when you’re coming in. I can’t speak for anyone else, but my car does not give me a “heads up” when it’s about to break down. For me this is important as a single person with only one car. More
