I have never had a better experience buying a car! When I visited BMW Kansas City South, I was not planning to buy a BMW. In the past, I have owned Mercedes cars but before buying another Mercedes, I d When I visited BMW Kansas City South, I was not planning to buy a BMW. In the past, I have owned Mercedes cars but before buying another Mercedes, I decided to stop by BMW just to confirm for myself that I did not want a BMW. Wow was I surprised! I fell in love with a certified pre-I owned BMW. More importantly, I felt immediately comfortable with the sales consultant/ Giuseppe. As a female on her own, purchasing a car can be intimidating. — but not at BMW South. Once I decided that I wanted to buy the car, the negotiating process went extremely smoothly, thanks to Guiseppe and Tarek. All of the negotiations were completely transparent and up-front and I was treated with honesty and respect. In addition to Giuseppe and Tarek, I cannot say enough nice things about the manager Jhoda Edquist. He is truly a gem! A stand-up, A++ person. Bottom line: I stopped by the dealership to reaffirm that I did not want a BMW and I left the dealership a new member of the BMW family. I am having mechanical trouble with my car and it has only been a few days since I purchased it. I can not bring my car back for a few more days since I am out of town.
