Service Disappointment I was disappointed that each timeframe I was told my vehicle would be either assessed or completed would pass without any contact from the dealership. Fast and efficient My wife’s x3 suddenly lost power while she was driving home from school. An error code “Drive train malfunction” appeared on the dash. Startled, my w My wife’s x3 suddenly lost power while she was driving home from school. An error code “Drive train malfunction” appeared on the dash. Startled, my wife called me. Luckily, she was close to home. My wife tried to start the x3, and it fired back up. I called service the next morning to see when I could get in. They had an appointment that morning, and with a loaner. My advisor, Derek was waiting for me when I arrived. After I told him my sad story, I was out the door in no time. Derek stated he would email me once they took a look at the x3. The next day I received an email that my car was ready. Upon arrival, Derek took the time to explain what they did to the car and I was good to go. Thank you to everyone involved in getting me in, loaner, and excellent service! More

Customer service I was able to schedule my appt. online. When I came in I explained my concerns to Paul, the service dept look at my vehicle and when they figured out I was able to schedule my appt. online. When I came in I explained my concerns to Paul, the service dept look at my vehicle and when they figured out repairs would need to be made Paul got me squared away with a ride home. Paul set clear expectations on a time frame on the repair and was very friendly and service minded during my visit. I received a update and notice to pick up vehicle within the timeframe promised for completion. I would say the ease of this process was ideal perfect amount of automation and face to face customer service. More
