Customer service taken to the next level I took my wife’s car in for service and was met by my service advisor, Derek. He treated me the the most sincere service I’ve ever received from a car I took my wife’s car in for service and was met by my service advisor, Derek. He treated me the the most sincere service I’ve ever received from a car dealership. The work was done in the timeframe promised and I was given a loaner for the day, which was a surprise since it was just an oil change. We will make this out dealer of choice in the future and I will be trading in my Audi and purchasing a new car from beret based off of the few interactions I’ve had. They truly care that you’re happy!! More

My initial experience with BMW Kansas was a miss, then a hit followed by another disappointing miss. On my trip from from San Antonio to Kansas, the engine check light came on. The following day I located and took my BMW by the KC service department. Though there were people inside the office, no one came out to greet or welcome me to the BMW service department. So, I went inside and explained my issue and that I was from Texas wanting to make sure everything was okay for my drive back. I was immediately told everyone was at lunch and maybe they can take a look at it when I came back in an hour. There was very little concern or consideration of not being local predicament. This brighten up when they did say they were able to take a look at her under my CPO warranty for $50. This was a welcome exchange to ensure my car and I made it back home safe. I was told it was the O2 sensor and four hours later was all fixed and that I would need a new battery for a car that has not been owned long enough to warrant one. But was told I was good till I made it back to Texas. She ran well and there was no check engine light when I left the dealership. That was till half way through my trip home when it came on again. Which tells me, they did not diagnose and thoroughly check what was going on with my vehicle. From my point of view, the O2 problem was found and they just went from there. Furthermore, the passenger doors stopped unlocking and opening buring the trip needing to access the car from the drivers side. Never happened before and when I called to ask what would be the cause, I was told nothing they did would have caused that issue. So in the end, she is going to my local service department and have them find out the total engine check light issue and also diagnose the issue with the doors not opening. HENDRICK CRUSHES BARON Somehow my alarm got triggered and I drove directly to Baron with it sounding all the way there. As I pulled in customer service rep comes out and asked if I have an appointment. I said this is an emergency. Can you hear my alarm going off? He said you will have to go inside and make an appointment. I went inside waited until a nice young fellow came up and tried to treat me with some respect. However the tech that I started with could care less. He walked by me three times and not one response not even a acknowledgement of any kind. I know he was having a bad day but after 15 minutes in my driveway with my alarm going off and a 10 mile trip down the freeway with it sounding all the way and waiting under the service awning with it still sounding not even a touch of concern by anyone from Baron. Finally a tech approahed and I asked if there was some way to disconnect the battery and he said I couldn't do it and they would have too. Doubt his day was going much worse than mine. I gave the young fellow my keys as they were going to put me in line. 15-20 minutes go by not one word. My alarm is still going off. I asked for my keys back and drove directly to Hendricks. Got a hold of Paulie who couldn't have been more accommodating and more concerned. He immediately gave me attention as he drove the car inside the reception area. He said they would get to it ASAP and even gave me a ride home. All the way through It he kept me updated of the progress and resolution until they finally got it figured out. It was a day and a half later but they got it figured out. I took that opportunity to have it serviced and front end aligned. They gave it complete system update and replaced door sensors that caused the alarm problem that was under warranty. I even had them install new tires and wheels that I purchased. Hendrick will be my new BMW dealership. I been a loyal customer Baron for years (only game in town) having a half dozen differnt BMW cars serviced there. I've even bought cars there. Something's changed there and it's not good. They almost act like they're above you. I don't get it. But I don't have to go there anymore. I'm a firm believer that there is nothing you do angry or diagreeable that you can't to better being nice and personable. More

The 2017 540i x drive I was seeking was at a Hendrick BMW dealership in Charlotte, NC. Kareem and Guiseppe went to great lengths to work with the other NC dealership to acquire this car for me. While waiting for the car to arrive on the transport truck my family and I met the general manager Jodah, the sales manager Tarik, and the finance manager Jordan. Jodah spent a lot of time with emu teenage boys talking soccer. All were anticipating the arrival of the car as all wet involved in the process. Upon arrival, the shop guys spent time detailing the car to present to me a beautiful carbon black metallic 540i. All were excited to see. Jordan went to great lengths to get me a financing rate we’ll below my expectations. Kalene and Guiseppe communicated well throughout the process. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this team at BMW of Kansas City South. Job well done team! More
